Description:

TROVO®guard is produced by doping porous borosilicate glass particles with silver ions in a proprietary manufacturing process. The silver ions are transferred into the glass matrix by an ionic exchange process, creating a glass powder with long-term bactericidal and fungicidal action. Silver is nontoxic for higher life forms including humans. The fungicidal action can be intensified by additional doping with zinc ions.
